This isn't particularly in regards to talking to one person (it could be!) but to others too.
I often feel that I end up rinse, wash, and repeating things that I'd say whether in a conversation or leaving a message. I've definitely incorporated and changed the way I word things such as instead of the everyday 'How are you', I'd change things up to 'Tell me about your day'. I find that I tend to say lots of 'I hope--', 'I wish---', and 'I'm sending---' to people such as:
"I hope that you have a wonderful day"
"I hope you get a good night's rest"
"I'm hoping that you will get through work and rest easy after today"
"I'm sending you lots of good energies today!"
"I wish you get some kind of sleep in you tonight as you rest"
and I'm starting to feel that I repeat myself a little bit much or say the same/similar things. Apart from that, I also feel I am repetitive in the things I ask or speak about with others to the point I gradually feel as If I am running out of things to say. I'm wondering if there are alternatives or different approaches to talking to friends/close ones online that I might consider or rethink on?
