I'm in multiple LDRs (poly)

This one thinks I hate her, I don't trust her, I'm lying and I love and trust my other partners and friends more. none oft his is true.

It doesn't matter what I say, its either I'm lying or I said something hurtful. She is very sensitive and jumps to conclusions very quickly. "I love you" -> "no you dont, your lying" and "I love all my partners the same" -> "see, you love others more than me"

She's also upset that I'm too shy and anxious to do voice calls and that i only shown what i look like once. She assume im showing "everyone" what I look like and what my voices sounds except her. I'm just not very comfortable with these things

I don't know how to deal with this girl. I think she will unblock me soon or late, this isnt the first time she blocked me.
