Pop-up camper

Looking at possibly getting a pop-up camper for future festivals. Would this qualify for the cheaper priced camping ticket? (Car tent) It certainly isn't big enough to be considered an RV, but I wasn't sure how DWP would classify it considering their objective is to take my money.
