Dog is heavy pawed help!!

Picture of my dope for attention. Cassy uses her paws for everything and she's clawing us to shit. Worse than that, we have two little dogs that she clobbers with her stupid big paws right on their back. We have taught her leave but can't always catch this on time or she in true Weimaraner fashion- ignores you! Anybody else having this issue and what to do?
