I'm new to this but I get 72 points. Guessing it's because of my weight. I just put in my average day of food (not on the plan) and I didn't come anywhere near 72 points. I'm not seeing how I can reach 72 with my 0 point foods. Or for that matter how I'll lose weight.
Update:only used 41 of the 72 points. Need to look into butter alternatives..spent 12 points on butter between my toast at breakfast and sweet potato for dinner. Then spent 10 on ranch which should have been 5 but I used way more than I needed on my salad.
