Can you create your own personal group on WW?

My mom and I want to share with each other and have our own personal group but I can't find a way to make your own group. I also was wondering if you ever got a long session tattoo would you gain anything from it because of how much adrenaline and sweat and stuff you release. They recommend eating before it like you would for a heavy exercise kind of thing because your body takes a lot of trauma sinai was just curious tbh. Thanks! I'm new and excited.
