Little 0.8lb gain on week 2.

This is usually when I fall off the wagon, berate myself for a day or 2 about being rubbish this week and end up eating my feelings and taking even longer to get back to losing.
But not today!
Yes a gain isn't great but...
- Looking at my exercise chart for this month I've done at least 30 minutes on 16 of the last 18 days. Some days it was just walking but still, that's huge for me.
- I know I've been eating more fruit and veg than last month (okay, year).
- My bra is feeling a little comfier and not digging in as much and I had to dig out a belt for my jeans.
- I've worked out eating my fitpoints is probably not the way to go for me.
- Mentally I feel like I've made progress even though the scale says otherwise.
I'm actually stupidly proud of how much my mindset has changed in 2 weeks. Would I still feel this way if the sun wasn't shining outside, who knows, but for now I'm happy and confident and if that buys me another week to keep going then great.
