Eating a ton of yogurt on blue...

I know they say overeating 0 point foods is hard, but I eat a LOT of plain non-fat greek yogurt. I go through one of the big tubs of chobani in 3-4 days. I eat yogurt with every breakfast and sometimes with lunch or dinner for some extra 0 point protein. Sometimes I'll have it for dessert with some fruit or Lily's dark chocolate chips (2 points).

Is this going to mess up my weight loss? Could there be any harm in eating this much yogurt?
