One month in and things are slowing down

I’ve been 256 for over a week now and I’m worried my body is back to not responding to any diet.
Last week I was a little reckless, tho I did track. I ended up negative like 160 weeklies. This week I’ve started increasing protein and water intake. I took a look at the scale just to see what was going on and the answer was: absolutely nothing.
Trying not to let that psych me out.
