Hey y’all!
I just joined WW the other day and I’m wondering if it’s bad to have a lot of leftover dailies? I work night shift, so I typically sleep most of the day and eat dinner, plus some snacks/grazing through the night. I also work from home, which helps but also not?
Yesterday was my first day tracking, and today is my first day tracking while working. So far, I’ve had dinner plus some zero/low point snacks. It’s currently 8pm and I have 23 points left and I’ve used 11. Am I supposed to make sure all of the points are used? I’ve always been kind of a grazer, and some days I can’t get enough to eat, then others it’s like I have to remind myself to eat. I know that not eating enough can be bad for you too, so I’m struggling on how to know if I’m getting enough or if I’m just hindering myself further.
