Is WW worth it?
Post Body
I've tried losing weight over the years. I actually was able to lose about 80lbs, however I stopped eating healthy and exercising and gained it all back.
I like the fact that you can eat what you want just in moderation. Just wondering if it's really worth the cost or should I just try to go back to what worked before and just stick to it this time?
