Long term goal: ~125 lbs
Current weight: 139.5 lbs
Difference from last week: -4lbs
A pretty big drop this week! I'm pretty sure I put on a few pounds of water weight while on vacation, so that would account for this week's appearance of a dramatic drop. I'm definitely glad to have broken the 140 mark, though! My weekly new moms workout has ended for the time being and doesn't start up again for a month, so I'm going to need to make en effort to get out of the house. I finally dug out the Wii Fit a couple days ago, so I have started using that on a daily basis. Other than that, diet remains key. I'm looking on getting my hands on a free treadmill. I figured that if I can get into a habit of running every day, not only will it help me achieve my goals, but once I reach my goal weight, I'll be able to eat like a normal person (~2000 calories/day).
