Long term goal: ~125 lbs
Current weight: 151 lbs
Difference from last week -2.5lbs
1 more lb to normal BMI! I'm going to have to really dig through my clothes and find something nice that fits, since we are talking about getting some family portraits done next week. As long as I remember to keep my belly in an shoulders back, I'm confident that I'll look great! I also read the book Wheat Belly and have been convinced that wheat is not real food, so I'm working on cutting it out of my house completely. (It's definitely weird that when I decided to get serious about weight loss I didn't toss a single item from my home, but I'm cleaning out my cupboards after reading this book.)
