Pre-pregnancy weight: 160 lbs
Long term goal: ~125 lbs
Current weight: 158.5 lbs
Difference from last week -2.5lbs
I did it! I've broken my pre-pregnancy weight! I read somewhere a while ago that the first 6 months after baby was the easiest time in a woman's life to lose weight. I decided that I wanted to take advantage of that window to hopefully get a start on my long-term goal by getting below my pre-pregnancy weight by the 6 month mark. Well, I've got another week to go, and I can definitely say I've made it!
If I can somehow maintain my current rate of loss, I will hit my goal weight in June.
