Post Body

I’ll start by saying that I weightlift primarily as summer training as I’m a winter sport athlete, so I’ve always been a power clean girl. Turns out I enjoy weightlifting and want to get better at proper lifts. My power clean max (95) has always been heavier than my regular clean and front squat (85). After putting in some work and realizing my FS form was kinda shit and my feet were too narrow, I have bumped my max up to about 105. I’d like to carry this over to my cleans, my issue is that I’m struggling to get my feet out to more shoulder width after my extension so I still can’t get out of the bottom. I got in the habit of doing no feet because I used to be super jumpy but now I’m not sure how to add more movement back in. I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and if they have any tips? Thanks!
