So I know there’s plenty of tips and tricks here for what to do and what not to do. I have been trying to gain for not too long, I have only been seriously trying for about a weekish, but I know I have had no results. I can’t seem to maintain a good appetite to keep eating enough calories. According to the tools to measure how many calories you need to eat, I got 2900 to gain 1lb a week as that is 500 more then the number it gave me.
I have tried to eat out more hoping that can help me gain but it seems like is till just can’t eat enough, also snacking is easy but it isn’t effective enough calorie wise, so maybe I should cut down on snacking and leave room for the bigger meals that have more calories?
