PS: the photo on the right is blurred because I find it weird showing myself in my underwear lol
Sorry for not clarifying I was around 5’10” when I started lifting because I was still growing in height at that stage. I was still very light for my height though
I’m doing blood and guts at the moment which is chest and bi’s on the first day, back, legs then delts and triceps. Most exercises are 2 sets to failure and usually only 3-4 exercises per muscle group
You’ve got this man, best of luck. hit me up if you want advice
Thank you haha, that’s a big compliment not gonna lie
Not usually. I just stick to creatine and lots of food lol
Yeah, honestly I’d recommend push pull legs then push pull again, which involves chest, tri’s and shoulders Monday and Thursday. Back and Bi’s Tuesday and Friday and legs on Wednesday. This allows you to hit the majority of your muscle groups twice a week excluding your legs due to them taking longer to recover. Hopefully this helps :)
Yeah I was thinking of incorporating a second leg day to bring them up
I’m a big fan of smoothies lol, I’ll put oats and yogurt in it for high calories. Sometimes a couple of teaspoons of oil as that’s also high in calories and doesn’t change the flavour much
I started off with body building style weight training and I also started tracking my calories aiming for 3500 although I wasn’t always 100% consistent with that as it was a hard goal to hit for someone of my size
Thanks man, that means a lot haha
Lmao, i heard he’s on MK-677 surely that’s not true lol
That’s great to hear, I wish him the best of luck on his weight gain journey
It was a natural transformation, most of that was newbie gains and the rest came from when I worked on my diet to continue gaining.
Nah I’m not juicing haha, I’m only 18 and have no desire to hop on just yet
It can be pretty difficult and I definitely struggled a fair bit myself, I’d recommend trying to nail down your diet and maybe downloading a calorie tracking app to make sure you’re always on the right track. I’d probably aim to eat between 300-500 calories above your maintenance
Lmao, thank you for the compliment though
Honestly I’m natural lol, I’m 18 and have no desire to jump on gear at all. And if I were unnatural I wouldn’t post on subs like this because I know what it’s like as a teen starting out with all the jacked influencers on social media. I’m as Natty as can be I’ve just been really dialed in with my diet and training for a while now.
I’m natural lol but I take that as a compliment
Thanks man, it was a lot of broccoli haha
Yeah that’s fair, I’m probably planning on taking the same approach as the last 2 years and just taking my time
I tried to eat more clean if I could help it, but at a pretty high calorie intake that proved to be difficult so at a bare minimum I made sure I hit my protein macros and made sure I wasn’t eating too much fat. So the majority of my calories came from carbs and if I was running behind from sugars like honey in a smoothie
In my first pic I was about 2 inches shorter than I am now because I was still growing
I focused more on getting as many calories in as I can while somewhat maintaining the quality of the calories I consumed, I lived off mainly protein and carbs for lean gains
Yeah, I’m gonna do that. It’ll take a while to break 200 tho
Thanks man, I was probably closer to 5’10 when I started lifting because I was 16 but I was still very light for my size lol
That’s pretty true I’ve seen a lot of that on social media, I am natural though I guess I’ve just had decent results from working out as I’ve been pretty committed
