Been trying to gain weight for a bit now, and it’s going okay so far. But would love extra advice. Just started a bit ago.

I’ve tried it before and fell short due to some complications. But now I’m feeling it and have been motivated for a while, I found this Reddit and thought it could be a good way to learn some tips and tricks for gaining. So if you have any tips for someone like me, plz leave some. Also I’m in college and trying my best to cook with what I can find 🤣.
