The only time I enjoy eating is when I eat my favorite foods which I can count on one hand. Some of them aren’t healthy esp if eaten regularly and some are a bit on the pricier side so not sustainable. I was able to gain 7kgs in two months but tbh I didn’t enjoy the eating part, I basically just forced myself to eat. The only thing that motivated me was seeing the numbers on my scale go up.
I’ve stopped tracking calories and drinking homemade shakes because of appetite fluctuations and it felt like a chore but will probably resume soon. Is there anything that could help stimulate my appetite? Vitamins? Supplements? Meds? Eating more is not a problem for me. What I want is to genuinely enjoy eating food ðŸ˜
