How do I get more hours

I have 30 hours of availability for C2C and Cashier, but I only get around 17 if I'm lucky. I've been able to pick up some shifts posted on laborpro to help make ends meet along with selling things on ebay. Is there anything else I can do? Get trained in more departments like Meals2Go/Catering?
