Hidden Tracks?

Have been listening to Van Weezer on spotify all day. I got my vinyl preorder(the glow in the dark one), later and noticed after precious metal girl that the record was still going. There were two hidden tracks, was not expecting them. Do all the vinyls (or cds) have them? And is there any record of them from the band? All I read was something pat said in an interview, which the interviewer thought was a joke.
