Why does everyone hate the black album?

I'm fairly new to Weezer albums but my dad plays them alot so I'm still fairly familiar. I've only heard all of the teal album and on feb28 I stayed up to midnight to hear the black album, and loved it. To me it's one of the best albums I heard (not just by Weezer, the best album I ever heard). I honestly don't understand why people are hating on it.
EDIT: I just listened to Pinkerton and the Blue album last night and black album still is my favorite
