I’m back with another Weezer Tier List. Today, it’s Hurley. For the past year or so, I have considered this to be my least favorite Weezer album, but I must have not been in the right mood when I listened to it before, as upon relistening to it for this tier list, it’s actually pretty good.

Sure, Smart Girls sounds like a rejected Raditude song, but other than that, the songs here are great. I love how stupid Where’s My Sex is, and songs like Unspoken are genuinely beautiful. The deluxe version even features a cover of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida, which is probably my favorite cover Weezer has done.

Speaking of the deluxe version, the tier list I used didn’t have the deluxe tracks, so I added them myself, which is why the font looks different. Overall, I would consider this album to be high B tier, and possibly even low A tier if including the deluxe tracks. Look for my post next Tuesday for an EWBAITE Tier List.
