These little fuckers were eating my pasta

Are they weevils? They were all over my kitchen and specially on my two half "open" pasta ( I did close them with clips after using) after I opened it a few days later.
I boiled them without seeing but I still throwed the pasta out because I didn't found anywhere if it was safe eating it after even boiling and washing it, wasn't really on the mood to eat some weevils.
