Curious how to get access to presale offers for meet and greets and special seating etc.

I always see presale options for Ween concerts that give you different “exclusive” offers like meet and greets or reserved seating and I always assumed this was tied to a fan club but have never been able to find an official Ween fan club.
Anyone know of how to get access to these presale offers?
