Any advice? (First time)

I planted the seeds February 19th after soaking them in water for 2 days, I've been giving them about 12 hours of natural sunlight and and additional 4 hours from a grow light. I've been using regular water with some dynomyco mixed in
Any advice is appreciated, I'm a groundskeeper so I know the basics of plant care but its my first time growing weed
