Hi all

I have a question. I’m mulling over starting a business and had a question about selling extracts. If I go to a wholesale extraction business and resell their extracts / oils for vape pens do I still need to be a licensed distributor? Since I’m not doing the growing, or extracting how do I fit in the overall licensing scheme? Does it depends on the state I’m in? I haven’t been able to find much online. One of the companies I’m looking at in terms of how they operate is Beboe.

I’m not a dispensary nor will I be a grower. I just want to work with a grower to develop high end high CBD low thc strains that can be enjoyed socially. So I’m wondering what I’ll need to keep in mind if I take this on.
