Anyone else get Headaches from weed sometimes

Been smoking daily for over a year, I’ll get a pretty bad headache if i get high then sober up and go out and do something. Being high of course don’t notice it but once i start to sober up my head starts annoying me a lot. Not extremely painful but definitely noticeable. I have no clue why this would be other then dehydration and just not realizing how long it’s been since I’ve had water or something lol.
