I got a new dispo from a friend and was wondering other people's opinions

I know it's the fryd brand I believe or however it's spelt. I got the fruity pebbles and apple fritter ones. The taste and hits are good but I've heard there are some issues with batteries in them. I was wondering if anyone has tried them and what to do to avoid it clogging or messing up. I always keep them uprigjt. I know that rule but I'm not sure if there are other ways. Id appreciate feedback!!
