I spend at least $120 a week on wax and blunts from the dispensary. Usually more it’s out of control. I smoke every hour usually pretty much. Last year I went thru like 8-10 k. Enoughs enough it just increases my anxiety and worry. I hate myself when I’m high more and more. Day 1 starts tomorrow wish me luck and happy smoking ✌️👍
Good for you. Anything done to an extreme is probably not a great idea. If it gives you anxiety then it’s also interacting with the chemicals in your brain and it’s clearly not serving you. Most people who smoke obviously do so to relieve the anxiety and the negative thoughts and for some of us it’s a life saver. However for others it’s doing negative things and creating more problems rather than relieving them. I have quit smoking for various reasons over the years. The withdrawal is underestimated and under reported imo. So be prepared for heightened anxiety, mood swings (mine was nasty) terrible belly aches and that lasted 3 days very uncomfortably and then it simply stopped. All the negative withdrawal went away within 5-7 days. Not smoking is easier than you imagine, it’s just getting that first few days behind you. You may have little or no symptoms everyone is different. Maturity is knowing when something no longer serves you. You made a great decision so a suggestion is reward yourself for your accomplishments with the money you will save from not buying marijuana. It helps if you have something to look forward to as a reward for setting a goal and achieving it. Good luck. You got this.
