Best strain for psychedelic effect?

Any recommendations? Im beginner, but took amnesia haze once. One puff and i was shot into darkness. Occationally, i saw myself stumbling, trying to walk back to my gf. Falling down a hill, into a rose bush. But inbetween, nothing. ( But i smoked it at a festival. Maybe that was the Problem)
What Strain can i smoke for a good insight and psychedelic effect? And how to prevent this blank memory? Heard, barneys farm is supposed to be the best for it, with 24% thc
