My mom hosted Christmas dinner this year and the family came over. After a while of them being here, I came back to my room and notice that things have been moved. As I started looking around the room to see if anything was missing, I notice 3 packs of edibles and over half of my weed was gone. I have camera in my closet, where I keep my weed, saw my cousin take it. I brought it up to my mom so she can be the middle man in this situation because I clearly upset. My mom said to let it be that is okay, now that’s not okay. Idc if if you wanted to smoked or get high but first ask me if is okay to take some, don’t just take it.
I asked my cousin about it and they lied and I showed them the ring camera footage and then they called me dramatic. Now I was very upset that them calling me dramatic just set me off. We got into such a heated argument and I told them to leave (I pay half the rent here) my mom said no that she wasn’t going kick them out. Not only did they steal from me but my own mother doesn’t back me up. I just feel like the principal of coming to someone’s house and stealing from them it’s crazy.
Everyone sees me as the problem because I confronted them about it. I’m medical patient and I need it for chronic pain and really bad anxiety. They took from me 7 grams and 3 packs of edibles. What’s I in the wrong for confronting them? My entire family it’s looking down on me.
Update: I have phone place to live I’ll be moving January 15th. I also, threatened my cousin with going to the police, my aunt, their mom gave me the money equivalent of what her daughter stole. I got my money and leaving this unsupportive ass family.
