Tl;dr: vaporizer doesn’t work, doesn’t allow a pull, is charged and does not have an on button. Advice?

I bought this yesterday from a legal shop in Lisbon, the guy said you can just smoke it and you don’t have to do anything. Later in the evening I tried and you can’t breathe in. He said it was charged, but I charged it again anyway, and the light went on while charging. There is no on button and the internet was not helpful. Thoughts?

Additional details: brand is cbweed, same name as the shop, which is a chain. It is an hhc vaporizer which is legally grey here. It claims to have 400 puffs and cost 50 euros. Guy said it is very strong, 2-3 puffs for a high. I would go back to the shop but they are closed until Monday at which point I will be headed to the airport. I never bought a vaporizer, but I have puffed on others’, so I know how it should be. At home I usually make my own very strong brownies. I tried really hard to get it to work with no success. I tried everything I could think of, even breathing through the charging end 😂 Please send help
