I wanna start going to the gym purely just to get a bit fitter and stronger, idrc about the aesthetic but obviously looking nice would be awesome 😂 I’m a climber and I’d like to get stronger for that but I’m also just not ready to give up smoking. I’ve heard from a few people that smoking weed slows progress and muscle growth, is there a way to go to the gym and still smoke regularly and see progress? I know that’s a lot to ask for and if I really have to I’ll just stop smoking for a while but it’s a part of me I’m not ready to leave behind.
