Contract advice?

Hello!
Recently started my own wedding video company after associate and second shooting for five years. I need tips to improve my contracts and make sure I cover things.
Aside from the details of services, deliverables, and payment, I have a disclaimer saying I’m not responsible if any shots are missed do to unforeseen circumstances. Probably going to put a meal in there as well.
Do y’all have refund policies in your contracts? What other things should I include that I’m not thinking of?
