My fiancé and I are big tattoo people, and so are a lot of our friends. So we're very likely going to get a tattoo artist booked for our reception. The idea is to have an artist come up with a flash sheet of small, quick tattoos for our guests to choose from. Kinda like when shops do Friday the 13th specials, and they have a handful of 2-inch tattoos to choose from.
I'm just curious if anyone else has done this or been to a wedding where they had a tattoo artist. What was it like? What are your experiences? What kind of tattoo sheet did the artist have?
Edit: Thank you all for your input. I would like to ask that people stop making comments about mixing alcohol and tattoos. The assumption that every wedding has to involve alcohol is just ridiculous.
However, after discussing it with my fiancé, I think we'll probably go some sort of temporary route and just get permanent tattoos with our wedding party members! 😊
