Confused about cancelled wedding

FH and I have been beginning to plan our simple October 2016 wedding, and out of the blue, FH says that he feels rushed and doesn't want to get married this year anymore.

So now my family is confused at what happened because they were excited. And I'm confused too. Him and I talked about it but I still feel like I did something wrong to make him feel like this all of a sudden.

In the meantime, I'll continue lurking on this subreddit and jealous of all you guys continuing to plan your weddings, lol!

EDIT: Thank you all for the advice. I'm going to have a big long talk with him to try and pinpoint what exactly he feels the way he feels.
