Hey all! I'm trying to come up with our drink menus for our wedding next year. We want two signature cocktails and two mocktails. Then of course our bartender will have two wines, a scotch, and two beer options.
The thing is, I'm stuck on what kind of cocktails and mocktails to do. I was thinking for mine, a Sunflower cocktail, as my favorite flower is the sunflower and I find this to be refreshing, not too sweet, and it's pretty easy to make. Not 100% set on it but I think it would be a good option.
For his drink we're still unsure. And I don't even know where to start on mocktails. I want something interesting, not just a virgin version of a cocktail. But everything I'm finding online is essentially just "grapefruit juice and Sprite with a mint garnish".
What are your thoughts?
