We're back. Kind of. Clearing out the cobwebs. Much stuff broken. Much stuff coming. More details to come. So much spam.

Dress came in and I can’t help but be disappointed

I still love my dress. But I can’t help but notice some differences that kind of bum me out. The first pic is my dress that just came in in my size. I’m not clipped up in the back. It hasn’t been hemmed on the bottom yet. The second pic is the sample I tried on months ago. I fell in love with how minimal the tulle is over the bottom portion of the dress allowing you to really see the embroidered lace underneath. I feel like there’s so much more fabric or something in the new dress. The train of the dress feels like a ton more tulle fabric as well but there’s no real way to know if it is or not. It’s just looks like tulle or pleated tulle or something and I’m kind of bummed. Is anyone seeing what I’m seeing or am I nuts?

Just get a dress pin or get it altered. I understand what you’re saying about the silhouette but this is such a fixable problem. Congrats on your wedding planning btw!
