So, my boyfriend proposed last december, we picked a ring online that would take 2 months to be ready, and I had started to look wedding dresses and prices and came to terms with the fact that we might not have a wedding at all since dresses and even a small wedding are a significant expense. But I still looked at dresses so I would at least get a cheap one and have some pictures of us taken. Well, I fell in love with a dress that was way out of budget new, but was available in a 2nd hand store. Sadly, it got sold. So I put it to rest since the dress is SO hard to find in my country (only found 1 or 2 stores that carry it in the entire country and were far from me) and, again, too expensive. When the ring was ready we went to the city where the jeweler is at to pick up the ring. And just a few hours before leaving I got a call about a small inheritance I was going to receive so now we have money for a small wedding :). Then we got the ring, called my family to give them the news and got offered a gorgeus venue for free. About 2 days after I stumbled upon a lady on instagram that wore the dress I wanted to her wedding. I DMd her and turns out her dress was for sale, half the price, she lived 1.5 hours away from me and when I tried it on it was my exact size (no alterations needed at all). First and only dress I tried. I bought it! If this is not fate I don't know what is 😅 just wanted to share because I am so excited and happy! 😁
Ps. I know it is a very popular dress that "everyone" wore already but here in my country it truly wasn't a thing at all.
Stunning!
