Hey all, excuse my ignorance but I'm very unfamiliar with web-hosting and anything relating to it.

A relative of mine recently reach out to me to find a free hosting service for his website. While I'm tech savvy, I don't consider myself one of a high-end. So I believe this is out my my league.

His goal is to run a very light website. Its mostly text information and possible a few .PDF links that he'd like uploaded. This site is primarily going to focus on information. So it won't be a forum, shop, nor community. Just text. He's currently using the service called Webs. According to him, they're alright aside some headaches they caused him. But right now, he's looking to migrate to someplace else and wants three things along with it.

1) Free Hosting - Since Webs provided him a page for free, he's looking for a similar service.
2) Email Domains - He'd like to have emails forwarded over to him via a custom email. So instead of his address looking like [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), it'll be the [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
3) This one is a stretch -- he's looking for a service based out of Sweden since he believes in their privacy policy.
Realistically, priority order is the Free hosting then Email then based Sweden.

As a side question, how does one go about migrating, importing, and/or copying the site from Webs to another host provider?

Any leads would be wonderful. Even recommendations to better hosting services. And if there's something I should know about for future researching, please let me know!
