New web designer here trying to figure out Webflow. I'm in the process of using the platform to create an interactive story but am stuck with items moving as the screen size changes. I've tried tying everything to 16:9, which not only didn't work, but also doesn't solve the problem, as I'll need items to remain fixed on both PC and mobile.

I'm aware that it's impossible to debug my exact issues without more information, but if anyone has handled a similar problem before, I'd appreciate information on how to have an item stay in one place in relation to the background across different screen sizes. Here are two screenshots of the bell where I'd like it to be, versus where it goes once the resolution goes from 1920 to 2200.
