First Weber kettle advice
Post Body

I am looking to purchase my first Weber kettle grill and am looking for opinions between the premium 22" and the master touch 22". This will be a replacement for a Masterbuilt Pro 20042711 I picked up on the cheap a few years ago.

I like the extra height that comes with the master touch and am in love with the built in lid holder. However, I don't feel that I would get much out of the additional accessories such as the warming rack, gourmet BBQ system, or the charcoal baskets (only because I already have a set.) Are these features alone worth the extra money or should I deal with finding a temporary home for the lid?

If it helps, I will be using this for some more traditional charcoal grilling. Primarily indirect cooking of chicken and searing steaks already cooked sous-vide. I also have a built in gas grill and a dedicated pellet smoker (apologies if either of those offend charcoal purists) so I don't need something capable of a wide range of cooking techniques.
