I have had a summit since about the year after they came out and love it. Do a lot of low and slow cooking and can trick a person into thinking chuck roast is brisket.
What kills me is the hinged diffuser plate broke and I contacted Weber but got an automated system and not a live person.
I know the hinged plate has its flaws and has since been redesigned. I am wondering what aftermarket options are out there or do any of y’all have a number that goes to a human being you’d be willing to share?
Happy grilling to y’all tomorrow.
The only holiday that is acceptable for the honoree to do the cooking.
