How to get recruiters to reach out to you?

Hey guys. I am making this post because I am getting no contact from recruiters for front-end web dev. roles even though my profile is visible to all on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other websites and I have the "looking for work option" set to on. I did switch careers from Front End Web Dev. to something else about a year ago, but I want to return back it. Is this why I am not getting contacted by recruiters?
