How can i make this web application?

I want to make a web application, where it works like that:

I have multiple baskets in database, I have different items in this imaginable baskets, like pear, apple, banana, only 1 from a type. The baskets have different contents.

I would like to make an application where, the user of my website could click on a basket

for example it contains (banana, chocolate, apple)

and the user is given answers which basket is the most similar, (similarity in decreasing order)

and the user is shown , what the common contents are for each basket
