Need help with a carousel...

A photographer client is having me build a site for him and quite specific about the functions he wants on the site. I need to have a slideshow/carousel on the homepage that will automatically include images that are added to whatever folder that slideshow gets images from. As far as I know, you can only manually add slides in a Twitter Bootstrap carousel, but is there a Wordpress theme or a widget of some sort that does this.
