I recall a while back I saw a link to a website that listed popular smartphones, tablets, with info on operating system (iOS / Android version), screen size, screen resolution, pixel density and market share. I've tried searching for it again both on r/webdev, where I suspect it was posted, and other programming related subreddits I'm subscribed to, but I can no longer seem to find out!

If anyone can help me find this tool, or one similar, it would be great! (Yes, I know you shouldn't program for a specific resolution and your website should scale, but targeting the most popular resolution/screen size will provide a good starting point for creating designs).
