Confusion over the existence of multiple SSL certs on different entities in the tech stack
Post Body
Hi, there. I'm maintaining a legacy website, the architecture is like the diagram attached.
The issue is,
- You can visit the website via either `my.site.nz`(new) or `my.nz`(old), and the certificate inspected via the browser address column is the one bound to DNS.
- still can see the page frame and text and stuff, but some pictures with many other assets failed to load due to the expiration of the certificate bound to the Load balancer.
My question is:
why were there 2 certs? Is it normal?
