Vite site not showing up on older browser

I've got a Vite(React) site that is not showing up on iOS 12, both with Safari 12 and Firefox 15. It's just showing a blank page. It's showing up correctly on current android & desktop browsers.
I tried using legacy from '@vitejs/plugin-legacy', with the option " legacy(['defaults'])". But it's not changing anything, still not showing anything and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to debug it.
Are there specific options that I should use? And is there a way for me to know what is causing the issue?
